The color is Bright saturated ruby. Musky aromas of blackberry, violet, truffle and smoked meat; reductive and rather syrah-like. Lush on entry, then smooth and wild in the middle, with a saline character to its flavors of blackberry, cocoa powder and nutty oak. Very broad and full but not heavy thanks to a lovely combination of sweetness and supporting acidity. Classically dry, resounding finish shows suave tannins and terrific length. This should be a crowd-pleaser.

The color is dark ruby. The nose is intense, very ripe blackberries and blueberries and peppery flowers (Peony), with a beautiful liquorice note (violet zan) and subtle empyreumatic hints that develop upon aeration (toast).
Tha palate is rich, full-bodied but not excessive, with velvety tannins that come out on the finis. The wine lingers on with ripe fruits and liquorice, underlined by a discrete sweetness which by no means overshadows the freshness of this complex and seductive wine.

San Pedro de Yacochuya is an high-altitude blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Cafayate region in the north-west of Argentina, the vineyard's heights of 2035 meters give the wines a structured but balanced and freshness character with intense blackberries, blackcurrant and plum flavors. As well as oak, fresh tabacco and chocolate aromas due to the aging in new french oak. This wine goes well with grilled meat dishes and is also good to complement a slightly spicy meal.
