- REPLACEMENTS OF GOODS/BREAKAGES -

  • The Customer is advised to examine all goods purchased upon delivery.
  • Any shortage or breakage must be brought to the attention of delivery team immediately (within 24 hours)
  • Corked wines should be made known to us within 48 hours and returned within 72 hours of delivery for inspection and replacement.
  • Claims after the above notice period will not be entertained.
  • The company is not responsible for any wine older than 10 years.
